Pick-up Technology

Machines with Pick-up technology are designed for machining using a suspended vertical spindle. The vertical spindle is designed for machining operations, automatic loading of workpieces and unloading of finished parts.

Workpiece transporting technology

Instead of two separate machines integrated into one production line with a help of automatic units only one DVT is required for two-side machining of parts with the highest accuracy. The technology is based on automatic loading of workpieces with a help of the movable spindle and their processing inside of the closed working area. Clamping device of the fixed spindle allow direct changing between two setups after processing without losing of quality. The movable spindle is loaded parallel to processing of the second side with further processing. The fixed spindle is unloaded with a help of the separate pickup device. The finished part is retracted by the separate automatic unit. It allows an operator clearly distinguishing between finished parts and blanks.

Turning-milling

The double unit used for processing of break disks performs milling in the direction opposite to turning.

Turning-grinding

Grinding of both sides of break disks is simultaneously performed with a tool and workpiece rotating.

Grinding

Grinding is performed with integrated automatic alignment and special grinding cycles with a help of corundum, CBN (cubic boron nitride) and others grinding disks.

The place for mounting of different processing modules for drilling, milling or grinding - a budget alternative to a turret head.

High dynamic motor spindles

High dynamic motor spindles with max. rotating speed 6500 rpm. Liquid cooling provides high thermal stability and low noise level. Integrated C-axis provides high positioning accuracy. Integrated control of clamping stroke lowers the labour cost of readjustment.

Retractable slide with CNC control

The retractable slide is designed for manufacturing of break disks. It can be also used for any type of machining of face sides with simultaneous usage of two cutting edges.
