Configuration:
- The DTH head with double tilting is used to allow continuous profiling without tool disconection during machining operations to "rewind" one of the two rotary axes, obtaining consequently time saving and a better surface quality without used of expensive and delicate electrical and hydro-pneumatic rotary joints
- Large box guides and INA Rus roller bearings for support and lateral guides
- Kinematic axes system:
- X, Y, Z axes: rotating screws of different diameters and pitch
- oil lubricated A and B axes
- rack with double pinion
- The base and columns are widely dimensioned to support high cutting forces and optimum vibration damping
- Two types of high-precision spindle:
- Double tilting head can be used with high torque mechanical spindle, two-step gear box and high power electrospindle
- Mechanical and electrospindle are cooled in order to keep constant temperature
The RAMMATIC line version has been developed for the profiling of special aluminum alloys, steel and titanium used in the aerospace industry
- Tool measurement with laser Renishaw/Blum or with a contact probe Renishaw/ Heidenhein/M&H
- High pressure feed through spindle: Paper type filtering unit with pump and possibility to select pressure levels
- Floor type chain tool magazine with 24-40 positions and exchanging arm
