- Thor 200’s excellent dynamics and rigidity have been obtained through extensive use of Jobs innovative technology:
- X axis moves on guide ways with sliding pads driven by double motor system (dual drive) and rack and pinion system with automatic electronic backlash recovery
- Y axis moves on three highly-rigid guide ways with double ball screw withdual drive management
- Z axis moves on four high-precision symmetrical guide ways with respects to the spindle axis and is driven by means of pre-loaded ball screw that is positioned in order to assure maximum performance with minimum dimensions
